AM - Apple Visitor Centre

After breakfast in the hotel board your coach and travel to the Apple Visitor Centre. On the way see some of the most important, and unassuming landmarks in the tech world. Hewlett & Packard's garage where HP was founded, and Steve Job's childhood home. Arrive at the Apple Visitor Centre and take on the tour before re-boarding the coach and heading to Levi Stadium for a tour.

PM - Tech and Computer History Museum

Following a stop for lunch, make your way to the Tech Museum and then off to the Computer History Museum. In the evening feel free to make your own meal arrangements, and explore the area around your accommodation.

AM - Alcatraz Island

In the morning take a walk to Pier 33 where you can catch a ferry to Alcatraz Island (arrive 45 minutes before ferry departure).

Once on the island allow up to 2.5hrs for your visit to Alcatraz before returning the ferry and Pier 33.

PM - Muir Woods

After arriving back at Pier 33, walk to the top of the world famous Lombard Street to meet your coach. From there travel to the Muir Woods and the town of Sausalito, before returning back to your accommodation for the evening.

AM - California Academy of Science

Board your coach at your accommodation and transfer to the Golden Gate Park. From here make your way to the California Academy of Science. With over 46 million different specimens, the Academy is one of the largest natural history museums in the world.

PM - Exploratorium

After lunch visit the Exploratorium, where you can explore the world through science, art, and human perception in this unique setting. At the conclusion of your visit to the Exploratorium, walk to Coit tower for a great view.

To end the day with an even better view, board back on to the coach and return to the Golden Gate Bridge so you can walk to the middle of the bridge and back at sunset to end the end with some spectacular and picturesque views.

AM - Tesla HQ & Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Google campus

Board your coach outside your accommodation, and transfer to the Google campus. On the way you will drive past the Tesla HQ, home to some of the most advanced cars in the world. The Googleplex is one of the biggest office spaces in the world and home to one of the most recognisable and powerful corporations on the planet. You won't be able to visit it all in just one visit, but take in as much as you can in the time you have.

PM - NASA Visitor Centre and Stanford University

After lunch make your way to the NASA visitor centre. The Ames centre is a NASA research facility in the heart of Silicon Valley, and is the perfect place for your student to learn about cutting edge technology, and the wonders of space that inspire it.

Once you have completed your tour of the NASA visitor centre, make your way to one of the most famous universities in the world, Stanford. With no need for a guided tour, take you time to freely explore the campus of this famous educational institute, the most elite university on the American West Coast, with notable alumni such as Tiger Woods, Reese Witherspoon, and Larry Page.

End your day by returning back to the hostel and making arrangements for dinner in the local area.

AM - Return to the airport

After breakfast make your way to San Francisco airport in plenty of time to catch your flight back to the UK.
