Your travel itinerary could look like...

Day 1

Arrive in Marrakech, where you will be warmly greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Settle in and get a first glimpse of the vibrant city. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a traditional Moroccan restaurant, experiencing an introduction to Moroccan culture and setting the tone for your journey.

Day 2

Embark on a scenic morning transfer to the village of Rabat in Ait Bougumez. Upon arrival, get introduced to the socio-cultural centre and its impactful projects. Participate in an orientation session to familiarize yourself with the community. Spend the afternoon meeting local staff and volunteers, and enjoy a traditional welcome meal prepared by the villagers.

Begin with a welcome meeting and introduction to the volunteer program, including an overview of the community and specific projects (construction, or environmental). In the afternoon, tour the worksite and local community, receive initial assignments, and prepare for the next day’s tasks. The day concludes with an orientation on cultural norms and expectations.

Day 4

Start the day with a morning meeting to assign tasks and prepare for the day's activities. Begin volunteer work, such as building adobe walls,  dig soil, transport stones, prepare concrete, and coordinate the construction /  organizing environmental campaigns , setting  up a waste treatment facility or assisting villagers in the fields and with irrigation systems Continue with these activities in the afternoon. In the evening, participate in a reflection session with fellow volunteers, followed by a cultural exchange with local villagers.

Continue with these tasks in the afternoon while engaging with local community members. In the evening, participate in a workshop on local history and culture, followed by a group discussion on daily achievements.

The evening features a gathering with traditional music and dance, where volunteers can share stories and experiences with the community.
